Have you ever needed to make changes to your process? Ever wonder if the process change you made produced tangible results?
Then, versioning is perfect for you, because Pipeline tracks versions of your flow, so that you can easily create, track change history, compare, and A/B test different versions of your flows.
It's as simple as 1-2-3!
1 Create a new version of your flow.
This new version will be in Draft, so you can make as many changes as you need. Draft is your playground, so you can create as many Draft versions as you like without affecting anything.
2 When you're ready to go live, toggle the version Live, making it ready for people to use.
The old version will be set to Deactivated to ensure that people don't use the old version anymore.
Note, if there are Open Ask already in-flight using the old version, they will not be affected and will continue as normal.
3 When you're ready to compare performance, simply jump to different versions of the flow, review what changed, and compare analytics.
