To share this link with your external user, in your flow, just add link using the Content Variable {{ask.tracking_url}}
to your step instructions or email body.
When external users receive the Pipeline email, it'll contain the unique tracking link.
When they click on the tracking link, it'll take them to a page where they can track the progress of their Ask, just like they can with a delivery package!
