When your customer signs your proposal, they're excited and ready to get started. So, don't make them wait for an email from you or a meeting invite.
Redirect your customer immediately to your onboarding Flow to:
- Have your customer watch a short onboarding video of key next steps and roles & responsibilities
- Start collecting their contact information
- Start gathering key delivery details, ex: tech/software inventory, system credentials, etc.
Pipeline makes all this easy for you with a native integration with DocuSign!
Simply go to the Settings tab for your customer onboarding and find the GoProposal Integration section.
And, copy the Redirect Url.
Also, make sure your flow has the following:
- The flow is LIVE
- The first step is external-facing
Next, go into GoProposal, go to Configure → Template and select the appropriate proposal template. Then, paste the Pipeline Url into Redirect when this Proposal is Accepted.
With this integration, after someone accepts your GoProposal, they will be automatically be taken to the first step in your customer onboarding flow!
