Start onboarding your customers automatically after they accept your Ignition proposal

When your customer signs your proposal, they're excited and ready to get started. So, don't make them wait for an email from you or a meeting invite.

Instead, automatically redirect your customer to immediately start their onboarding:

  • Have your customer watch a short onboarding video of key next steps and roles & responsibilities
  • Start exchanging contact information
  • Start collecting key details from customers: billing information, tech/software inventory, system credentials, etc.

Pipeline makes all this easy for you with a native integration with Ignition!

Simply go to the Settings tab for your customer onboarding Flow and find the Ignition Integration section.

And, copy the Redirect Url.

Also, make sure your flow has the following:

Next, go into Ignition, go to Library → Notifications → Proposal Accepted On-Screen Message and add the Pipeline onboarding link right below the message body:

Be sure to make the link obvious, ex: "New Clients Onboarding".

With this integration, after someone accepts your Ignition proposal, they will be automatically be taken to the first step in your customer onboarding flow!
