When your customer signs your proposal, they're excited and ready to get started. So, don't make them wait for an email from you or a meeting invite.
Instead, automatically redirect your customer to immediately start their onboarding:
- Have your customer watch a short onboarding video of key next steps and roles & responsibilities
- Start exchanging contact information
- Start collecting key details from customers: billing information, tech/software inventory, system credentials, etc.
Pipeline makes all this easy for you with a native integration with Ignition!
Simply go to the Settings tab for your customer onboarding Flow and find the Ignition Integration section.
And, copy the Redirect Url
.
Also, make sure your flow has the following:
- The flow is LIVE
- The first step is external-facing
Next, go into Ignition, go to Library → Notifications → Proposal Accepted On-Screen Message and add the Pipeline onboarding link right below the message body:
Be sure to make the link obvious, ex: "New Clients Onboarding".
With this integration, after someone accepts your Ignition proposal, they will be automatically be taken to the first step in your customer onboarding flow!
