Contacting a Team

The advantage to being able to contact a team is all the team owners have been contacted at once, giving you a better chance at getting your question answered. When there is just one individual who owns the flow, anytime they are out there is no one else to contact or be able to help you fix your problem. 

Contacting a team is also very useful when users have specific questions that can't be addressed by Pipeline support.

Examples:

  • Specifics about the instructions "Why is the budget limit set at $$$?"
  • Details on the flow itself "Who do I need to get secondary approval from?"
  • Internal business process "The client needs this in two weeks, can we get it expedited?"

 

How to Contact a Team 

  • When you're in the Ask, scroll to the top of the page
  • Find Owner: in the description box and click on the highlighted team name 
  • An email will pop up with all of the team owners emails already populated in the To: bar
