Ask Analytics

What is Ask analytics?

We've pre-built some analytics views to get you thinking and asking questions. Ask analytics can give you information on the current progress, time it takes to complete Asks, and cancelled Asks on each version of your flow. 

You can view the Ask analytics of your flow at any time to get an overview of how your process is working. Keep in mind, all of the analytics are shown by version

RAW DATA: All analytics pages for asks have a raw data report. Right-hand side. 

What does the Open Asks tab show?

  • Total Asks still open
  • Step progress and information
  • Estimated completion and wait time
    • The estimated completion time is generated based on the time taken to complete all previous Asks

 

What does the Completed Asks tab show?

The Completed Asks tab will give you a list of all of your completed Asks on a flow version plus the following information:

  • The date each Ask was completed
  • Time it took to complete the Ask
  • Number of steps that were skipped
  • Number of ad-hoc steps completed
  • Step progress (number of steps completed)

 

What does the Canceled Asks tab show?

Any Asks that were cancelled under this version of your flow will show under the Canceled Asks tab, along with the following information:

  • Date the Ask was closed on (date it was cancelled)
  • Number of steps closed 
  • Number of ad-hoc steps completed
  • Number of steps that were skipped
  • Time spent on the Ask
