Notification Settings

Easily customize how and when you want to be notified of important activity in Pipeline.

Go to your profile settings and click the Notifications tab

Email notifications

Toggle ON or OFF which email notifications you'd like to receive when any of the following occurs:

  • Action Required when a step needs to be completed 
  • Ask Updated when the Ask progress changes 
  • Note Added when a note is added to a step  
  • Ask Canceled when an Ask that you are a part of has been cancelled 
  • Flow Owner Changed when someone made you or your team an owner of a flow  
  • Bundle Owner Changed when someone made you or your team an owner of a bundle
  • Daily Summary Email send a daily summary of all Asks activity instead of the Action Required or reminders email, see below for details

Note, you cannot toggle OFF Pipeline reminder or escalation notifications.

As a best practice, we highly recommend toggling ON Action Required and Note Added, because these two notifications keep you updated on important activities for your Ask.

Daily summary email

With this feature your team can receive a daily email that will give a summary of the following:

  • Current Steps for Me
  • Current Steps Unassigned for My Team
  • Asks Submitted by Me: Open and Closed
  • If due date is used, the due date is included
  • Last activity date 

Note, if Daily Summary is ON, you will not receive any reminders.

Text notifications

Pipeline sends text notifications only as reminders, so you cannot toggle text notifications OFF.

If you want to opt-out of text notifications, reply STOP to the text notification or remove your phone number from your profile.
