Need to download data into PDF? Pipeline makes it simple for you to export a step or an entire Ask into PDF.
Download Step PDF
To export a step into PDF, just click the Download PDF link on the right of the step, next to the More Actions (⋮) icon.
The PDF will contain all the step data including:
- Step name, owner, and status
- Step instructions
- Step files and notes
- Step form fields (onCompleted steps only)
Note, in the PDF, links to uploaded files are protected for security purposes.
Only users who have access to the Ask can access the files.

Want to export the entire Ask into a PDF? Just click the Download PDF link next to the More Actions (⋮) icon in the Ask overview.
Download Raw (CSV)
Need to download data for multiple Asks? Create a report from the search screen, then click Download Raw.
