Steps

An ask is made up of a sequence of easy-to-follow steps that walks each step owner through exactly what they need to do to get things done.
This sequence of steps is found on the Steps tab of the ask.
As a step owner, you might have the responsibility of completing one step or several within the same Ask. You might also own steps in several Asks. Not to worry! You will be updated on the homepage, receive email notifications, and text notifications when steps are due and step activity.
Search for steps that are for waiting on you
You can easily search for steps that are waiting on you by viewing your homepage dashboard:
Or by going to the For Me or All tab.
Email notifications and reminders
You will also receive email notifications and reminders when you are the current step owner, based on your notification settings.
By default, email notifications will be from alert@pipelineapp.io, and the sender name will be [Your Company] via Pipeline. Add-On Note, the sending domain and the FROM: address can be customized with a subscription add-on.
