Notes and Hashtags

Communication is critical when you have momentum on a process and something unexpected comes up. Flows are set up to facilitate communication and document version control by combining all recent updates into the activity feed.  

Add note

• Type your note into the Notes textbox and click Add
• @mentions are available to indicate whose attention is particularly needed 
• Any notes added to a step will be shown in the Activity Feed

Hashtags

In Pipeline, you can add hashtags to your notes so that you can easily search for other Asks with the same hashtag, ex: #campaign. Once entered, hashtags will appear in the notes section and the activity feed.

To search by hashtag, just click on the hashtag to view all Asks with the hashtag keyword or enter the hashtag into the keyword search.

Mentions

You can also mention someone by adding the @ symbol in front of the name, ex: @Meridith. A mention will be automatically be highlighted in the section and the activity feed.

Delete note

To delete your note, just click the icon.

Note, you can only delete notes that you added. If you're the flow owner, you can delete any note in the ask.
