Upload and Download Files

Need to upload files or assets in order to submit Step 0 or complete a step? Pipeline makes that simple and easy!
Upload files
To upload a file, just click Upload or Take Picture and select the proper file(s) from your computer, cloud storage (Box, Google Drive, or OneDrive Business) or take a picture from directly your camera (webcam or mobile device).
Once uploaded, the file will appear under the Files section with a date and timestamp of when the file was uploaded:
In addition, Pipeline will log the activity in the Activity Feed for future reference.
Delete files
To delete your file, just click the icon.
Note, you can only delete files that you uploaded. If you're the flow owner, you can delete any file in the ask.
Download files
Download a file
You can download any file in the ask by:
- Clicking the file link in the step
- Clicking the file link in the Activity Feed
- Clicking the file link in the All Files tab
Note, for security purposes, all downloads are tracked in the Activity Feed.
Download all step files
To download all files for a step as a zip archive, click to More Actions (⋮) → Download All Step Files.
