Edit the Create Ask Complete Message

Want to customize to the messaging your customer sees once they've created their Ask? Create a personalized message that tells your customer exactly what to expect next in the process.

In the flow: 

  • Click the Settings tab 
  • If you have an external-facing Create Ask Form, you will see the message "No custom messaged configured"
  • Click Edit at the top right and write your message 
    • Best Practice: This is a great place to inform your customers how long they can expect a turnaround on their items. You can also include any help desks or phone numbers that they can reach out to if they need to get ahold of you!
  • Once you are satisfied with your message click Update
  • A preview will show

 

Email Integration

On the settings tab, under Email Integration header you can find and email that was generated specifically for your account in Pipeline. You can send an email to this address and Pipeline will automatically create an Ask in your account. 

  • Your flow must be set to Live 
  • The FROM: email address will be used as the Submitter email
  • The subject line will be used as the Ask Name
  • The email body will show in the Ask Details

Note: This integration is only available if you're using the default Create Ask Form that has no custom fields added. The default Create Ask Form only contains the following fields:

  • Ask Name
  • Details 
  • Files

If you are using custom fields in your Create Ask Form you will need to manually create new Asks.

This option is only available if you have not customized your Create Ask Form.
