Complete Step
When open an Ask, you'll see that the current step is highlighted in blue and expanded if you are the owner.
- Hover over the avatar icon next to the step number, this tells you who owns the step
- When you are certain your work is complete, click "Save + Complete" or the green "Complete" button at the top of the step.
Skip step
If the step is not applicable, you can skip the step.
Change Step form values
If you need to quickly change your form answers, just find the Completed step, and click Edit, make your changes.
Note, you can only change answers for your own steps. You cannot change someone else's answers. Only flow owners can change answers for any step.
Reopen step
Did you close your step accidentally? You can reopen your step by clicking More Actions (⋮) → Reopen Step.
Note, you can only reopen steps that you own. If you're the flow owner, you can reopen any step in the ask.
