You will need the following before you can integrate Pipeline with Salesforce through Zapier:

  • Zapier account (sign up for free!)
  • Salesforce account (Professional or higher)
    • Note, a Professional subscription only allows 3 integrations maximum. If you need more than 3 integrations, you need to upgrade your Salesforce subscription in order to integration with Zapier.

Setup and Configuration

Trigger

Select the Trigger Event as Updated Record

Action(s)

Select the Action Event as Create Ask

Be sure to select the appropriate Pipeline Flow and pull an email to be the creator of the Ask. We normally recommend pulling the email of the user who updated the record (from Step 1 of the zap).
