Ad-hoc Steps

There are unforeseen needs and nuances to any process and we can help account for those by giving users the ability to add a step in the process on as-needed, nonpermanent basis.

In the flow, under the flow overview, enable the Allow Ad-Hoc Steps toggle:

Now, step owners will have the ability to add any ad-hoc steps to an Ask that they are need.

Note, as a flow owner, if you notice that there is a ad-hoc step that's constantly being added, you should add this step to your flow going forward.
