Confidential Steps

Make steps confidential so that the step contents is restricted to only the step owner and flow owner and keep private information secure.

Simply enable the Confidential toggle:

Now, steps with this toggle enabled in the Ask will be restricted to only step and flow owner.

To non-step owners or non-flow owners, they will see a restricted-view of the step with a message like below:

They will not be able to see any data for this step (instructions, form fields, files, notes, activity logs, etc.). They will only be able to see the name of the step and the step owner. In addition, they will not be able to download your flow.

Step owners and flow owners will see all step data as normal.
