Swim Lane View

Need a quick view of what your process looks like?

Pipeline gives you the opportunity to see the outline of your process. Next time you're presenting your process to team members you can show them what they need to see and not get bogged down in all the details.

What you see in Swim Lane view

• All step owners that are involved in the process will have a column
• Which steps each user owns (the step will be listed under that user's column)
• Steps will be in order from top to bottom
• Any external or skippable steps will be indicated with a badge

Make Edits

Here's a full list of edits you can make from the Swim Lane view:

• Delete a step 
• Duplicate a step 
• You can enable any of the following toggles:
  • Auto-Reminder
  • Auto-Complete
  • Skippable
  • Confidential
  • Upload Required
  • External-Facing

How to see Swim Lane view

• Find the Editor toggle located right above Step 0 of your process
• Disable the Editor toggle to see Swim Lane View 
• Even if the Editor view is locked and no changes can be made, you can still disable the toggle to see the Swim Lane view
