Approval/Disapproval
Need manager approval before the process can move forward? Need to confirm that a customer has submitted all the information you need from them?
With Pipeline you are able to create Approval steps. You can bring down information from previous steps to review, and if there is information that needs to be supplied or correct you can send the process right back to the step that needs to be re-done.
To create a Approval step, just select Approval:
- Assign the step to a user and title it
- Best practice: In the instructions box explain the criteria for why the step should be approved or disapproved
- In the 'If Disapproved, jump back to which step?' dropdown, select which step the process will be sent back to if Disapprove is selected
- Note: The default names for the button are 'Approve' and 'Disapprove' but these can be renamed. Example: "Accept" and "Deny"
